Carnival Experience Package - Trini Jamboree

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 60 days before the event start date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event will receive a 50% refund excluding deposit. Cancellations made between 60-90 days will receive a 25% refund excluding deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 60 days before the event. All refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

3. Package Inclusions

Your Carnival Experience Package includes accommodation, meals, event tickets, costume, transportation to and from designated events, access to exclusive parties and other activities. Personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated. Package details may vary based on the tier selected.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants must be 18 years or older. Valid identification must be presented at all events. Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance, health insurance, and personal belongings. Trini Jamboree is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. Disruptive behavior, violence, harassment, or illegal activities will result in immediate removal from the event without refund. Trini Jamboree reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our code of conduct.

6. Health and Safety

Participants attend events at their own risk. Trini Jamboree is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the carnival experience. We recommend all participants have adequate travel and health insurance. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

7. Changes and Cancellations by Organizer

Trini Jamboree reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, or activities due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event of complete cancellation by the organizer, participants will receive credit for future use. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants.

8. Media Release

By participating in the Carnival Experience Package, you grant Trini Jamboree permission to use photographs, videos, and other media captured during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify our staff prior to the event.
